Features
Zoho Commerce covers the critical must-haves we’d expect in a decent e-commerce platform, including free hosting, SSL certificates and a responsive website builder. Marketing tools such as newsletter subscriptions and social media integrations are also included. In particular, we like the platform’s analytics and reporting features, which let you analyze orders and transactions to see which products are performing well and which ones are a flop. The AI-powered assistant lets you compile and visualize key data and allows for “what-if” future forecasting.
Pricing
Although there is no free plan offered, Zoho Commerce is overall a relatively affordable solution. The lowest-cost paid plan will run you $27 per month or $22 per month, billed annually. While there is a product limit of 2,000 items, that’s a pretty robust figure that may cover the needs of a smaller business. And, of course, you can scale up to a higher-tier plan with more lenient limits if necessary. The highest-tier plan allows for up to 50,000 products.
Customer Service
Zoho Commerce has an online knowledge base including user guides and FAQs, where you can look up answers to common issues yourself. The provider also has email support and offers the option of a telephone callback, which you can request with an email. Although we were unable to find evidence of chat support, there is also a Zoho Community, where you can consult other users on trending topics and queries.
