SOUTHLAKE, Texas, March 8, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — Sabre Corporation (NASDAQ: SABR), the leading software and technology provider that powers the global travel industry, today announced that Sabre’s board of directors has nominated Phyllis Newhouse and Wendi Sturgis, two highly-experienced executives in technology and cyber-security, as independent directors for election at Sabre’s 2021 Annual Meeting, to be held on April 28, 2021.
