The number of houses sold rose by 1.2% from a year earlier. A total of 253 houses were sold county-wide during the month of July. During the same period a year earlier, 250 single-family homes were sold.

Condominiums and town homes sold in July had a median sales price of $158,750. That figure represents a 126.6% increase year-over-year. In Shawnee County, seven were sold, up 40% from a year earlier.
