Michelle Rogers, Katherine Katz and Joshua Kotin have joined Cooley as partners in the firm’s elite financial services practice, where they will focus on defending clients in government enforcement actions and litigation. Katherine Halliday is also joining the team as a special counsel. Arriving from Buckley, the group brings extensive experience defending clients in high-stakes government investigations and litigation matters and advising on matters of regulatory compliance.
