Listed at $1.8 million, the property has already attracted plenty of interest from “Halloween” fans and genuine homebuyers alike, real estate agent Heidi Babcock told USA TODAY.
And aside from the frightening pop culture lore with which it’s associated, Babcock said, it’s not hard to see why.
The Fairview Avenue home is in the heart of South Pasadena in “an excellent school district on an excellent block,” Babcock said.
