HARRIS COUNTY, Texas — It took simply 23 minutes for jurors to convict a person of capital homicide for beating an Army veteran to demise, mentioned Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg.
Josue Angel Leal, 26, was convicted for the homicide of Kevin A. Bartlett, a Good Samaritan who opened his dwelling to Leal for a couple of weeks.
