Shanghai April 4, 2021; MG (Morris garages) is a British automotive manufacturing company which started production from early 1920s in the UK. Best known for its two-seat open sports cars, MG also produced saloons and coupés as well.
However since 2011 MG (MG Motor UK Limited) headquartered in Longbridge, Birmingham, United Kingdom, and a subsidiary of SAIC Motor UK, has been owned by the Shanghai-based SAIC Motor. MG Motor designs, develops and markets cars sold under the MG marque. MG Motor is the largest importer of Chinese made cars into the United Kingdom. The marque returned to competitive motorsport in 2012, and won the 2014 British Touring Car Manufacturers Championship.

The Cyberster has an electric powertrain and comes loaded with hopeful numbers like a 500-mile (800-km) range and three-second 0-62 mph (100 km/h). MG says it also features 5G connectivity.
