Hyderabad: USA-1 made short work of Spain in the International Arena Polo Championship 2024 on Thursday. On the fourth day of the championship at the Hyderabad Polo and Riding Club in Moinabad, USA-1 rode on seven goals from Jake Kelntner and five from Sloan Stenfankis to defeat Spain 13-9. The first and second chukkers were the most profitable for USA-1. They lead by a good margin of 4-1 after the first and made it a handsome lead of 11-2 by the end of the second chukker.Spain got their goals through Pancho Acosta, who scored five and Mateo Alvarez Uribe, who scored four. They had their best period of the match in the final chukker, which saw them score seven goals.
