A relatively new restaurant in Valencia called Hundred Burgers became well-known throughout the world for its distinctive burger-making method. The restaurant’s signature burger is made with crispy bacon and 120-day-aged Galician beef, which is renowned for being tasty and soft. They came in first place on the list of the World’s Best Burgers because of this combination. Alex Gonzalez and Ezequiel Maldjian, the restaurant’s co-founders, expressed their happiness over the recognition, referring to it as the realization of a dream. They never anticipated reaching this degree of popularity, but their goal was to develop a burger that would become an international standard.
