Borko Milosev describes himself as a business owner with a passion for real estate and an even bigger thirst for improving the quality of life for others. He is the CEO of Post Road Management (PRM), a commercial real estate company specializing in remodeling underperforming apartment communities. Having acquired and managed over 16,000 units across multiple states, Borko and his team have improved communities through real estate development.
Borko’s journey with investing and real estate began during his college days. Ironically, back then he had his mind set on working on Wall Street as a stock trader. However, to pay for his education, Borko began working for a caterer who was also investing in real estate on the side. Borko asked many questions and his employer was happy to share all his knowledge. With the help of his mentor, Borko continued to educate himself through books and videos, further fueling his interest in investing.
During summer break, Borko started an internship position for a commercial real estate banking job in New York City. While he worked for a company that provided loans for at least $50M, Borko encountered countless well-known and respected real estate investors. People say it’s important to surround yourself with people who achieved what you dream of, and that saying certainly proved right for Borko. This experience left a glaring mark on him, providing Borko with the motivation and wisdom he needed to pursue this career.
