Coldwell Banker Realty announced Oct. 19 that it was a broker in the $8.1 million sale of 6225 and 6255 Lake Gray Blvd. in Jacksonville, a 95,000-square-foot industrial and office property in the Lake Gray Commerce Center.
The deed was executed and recorded Aug. 31 with the Duval County Clerk of Courts.
Atlee Mahorn with Coldwell Banker Realty represented the seller, Montreal, Canada-based MC Finance, a real estate development company operating as Lake Gray Plaza LLC.
The buyer was Geneva Gray LLC in Deerfield Beach.
“We see the secondary Florida markets like Jacksonville being the beneficiary of an increasing affordability issue in the major markets. We will continue to scale in these markets,” said Jarred Elmar, managing partner of the Geneva Group, in the news release.
Built in 1988, the multitenant, single-story property on 3 acres has 18-foot clear height and 100 parking spaces. It is in Southwest Jacksonville.
Tenants include Boeing, Carrier Enterprises, Sherwin Williams and Geico-owned Boat USA.
