Donald Trump will be sworn in as president of the United States later this month, completing one of the most remarkable political comebacks in American history and launching his second term in office.
Before running for president, Mr Trump was one of the most flamboyant billionaire in America, investing in properties in the UK, such as residential buildings, commercial spaces, hotels, golf courses and estates.
Mr Trump’s net worth is $5.6 billion (£4.6bn), according to Forbes. Of this, an estimated $1.1 billion is in real estate investments, including Trump Tower, 17 condos on Trump Park Avenue and four Florida homes. A further $1 billion (£777m) is in his 18 golf clubs and resorts, 11 of which are in the US, two in Indonesia, two in the Middle East, one in Ireland and two in Scotland, with a further golf course to open next year.
From golf courses to historic buildings, here’s a look at Mr Trump’s UK property portfolio.
