A McKinney office building has been sold to a local investor. The 48,304-square-foot Heritage Premier building is located at 1575 Heritage Drive. Built in 2006 near U.S. Highway 75, the three-story property was about 95% occupied at sale. Avison Young’s Susan Gwin Burks, Bruce Butler, John Bowles and Philip Boren brokered the sale by Dallas-based PAR Capital With Bill Cox of Carey Cox Co.
California-based Archway Equities has sold Harmony Apartments, a 616-unit apartment community on Plum Lane in Arlington to Aspen Capital Group. Archway acquired the rental community as part of a six-property acquisition in 2019. Harmony Apartments was marketed for sale by Drew Kile, Joey Tumminello, Michael Ware and Asher Hall at Institutional Property Advisors.
Uptown Players, a local theater group, has purchased a 3,922-square-foot building at 1327 Motor Circle in Dallas to use for its new offices, rehearsal space, set construction and a costume shop. Since 2010, Uptown Players has been a primary tenant in the Kalita Humphreys Theater where it has performances. Eliza Solender of Solender/Hall brokered Uptown Players’ building purchase with Transwestern’s Paul Wittorf, Kim Brooks and Laney Delin. The building was acquired from Quadrant Investment Properties.
