This private residence – slated for a five-acre parcel – will be one of three Seagate custom homes on an upcoming family compound. The leading, full-service development company is partnering with the clients to place a breezy coastal spin on a private, natural paradise in Southwest Florida. It is being made possible in part by R.G. Designs’ architectural design of Seagate’s Sea Breeze I floor plan – which originated in Seagate’s Windward Isle community in Naples.
