Members follow a structured, high-volume diet, using a full line of HMR foods – with or without fruits and vegetables, depending on the diet plan. The structured, meal replacement-based diet reduces decisions, allowing members to take a break from current food routines. They also begin to incorporate short bouts of physical activity into their lifestyle.
