Embrace your own Kim crying face. E!’s “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” ended its 20-season run Thursday.
With Ryan Seacrest as an executive producer, the series debuted in 2007, focusing on a most exciting to look at blended family. Cameras captured Kris and Caitlyn Jenner raising their daughters, Kendall and Kylie, and parenting Kris’ children from her marriage to the late Robert Kardashian: Kim, Kourtney, Khloé and Rob.
Thankfully, the KarJenner clan isn’t disappearing from TV. The stars are working on new programming for Hulu, starting this fall. (Asked about the new project in an interview, Kris responds only with “Buckle your seat belt!”) Bravo’s Andy Cohen is also hosting a two-part “Keeping Up” reunion (June 17 at 8 EDT/PDT and June 20 at 9 EDT/PDT) that looks very juicy.
In Thursday’s finale, the family wraps up their last vacation in Lake Tahoe and buries a time capsule, complete with interviews between Khloé and her family about the future. Neither Caitlyn nor Rob appear in the sendoff, but the episode provides updates on the Kardashian sisters, who became the show’s leads in recent seasons. We also chatted with Kris about her thoughts on the series.
