North Carolina is fresh off the bye week and enters Week 4 with a 3-0 record as they get set to host Notre Dame.
For the Tar Heels, getting to 4-0 would be huge as they enter conference play following this game and are now beginning the Power 5 portion of this schedule. But despite Notre Dame’s struggles this season, this won’t be an easy game.
Historically, UNC has had a lot of trouble with Notre Dame as they have lost 20 of the 21 matchups. The only win came in 2008 and UNC has lost to the Fighting Irish in each of the past two seasons.
