Brazil faces Paraguay next in the road to 2022 Qatar World Cup, as CONMEBOL Qualifiers continue on Tuesday, February 1 (2/1/2022).
Brazil vs. Paraguay will be broadcast live at 7:15 p.m. ET exclusively on fubo Sports Network 2 in the United States, which is a channel only available on the fuboTV live TV streaming service.
Brazil came out of the holiday international soccer break with a 1-1 draw to Ecuador, a relative rarity on the top CONMEBOL team’s 11-3-0 record. They are still more than a win in 1st place, but 2nd place Argentina was able to gain on them with a 2-1 win over Chile.
Paraguay’s World Cup aspirations are all but squashed at this stage of the contest. With just three matchdays left, they are in 9th place with a 2-7-6 record following Friday’s loss to Uruguay. The top four CONMEBOL teams will qualify for the world cup, with the team finishing 5th entered into an inter-confederation play-off to make the tournament.
Brazil is a heavy favorite to win with -415 odds to Paraguay’s +1500, according to Caesar’s Sportsbook. An upset for Paraguay would be one for the ages.
