The USA TODAY Sports Super 25 girls flag football franchise kicks off the spring season rankings with a significant focus on the teams headlining in the Sunshine State.
At the forefront is Tampa Robinson, which gained traction on the watch list during the NFL Pro Bowl Showcase in February. Close behind Knights, a dominating Tampa Alonso team is also making a statement 2025, having already knocked off Robinson as the season enters the end of March.
Super 25 flag football selection process
In partnership with the NFL, the teams are determined by a USA TODAY Network selection committee of editors and writers in the participating states and the USA TODAY High School Sports staff.

The process considers factors ranging from last year’s results based on NFHS Network data, carryover into this season, and a primary focus on 2024 records and overall performance.
