Stover was Ohio’s Mr. Football in high school, but it took him a while to find a positional home in college. He bounced from defensive end to tight end to linebacker before settling in at tight end. It was the right move. He became the best receiving tight end at Ohio State in decades. Stover caught 41 passes for 576 yards and five touchdowns last year. He also was a two-time captain, respected for his toughness and no-nonsense personality. He’s a tell-it-like-he-sees-it guy.
