We all come from somewhere, with interesting stories behind our family history and culture.
Now it’s your turn to tell your story to the world about how your ancestors and traditions made you the person you’ve become.
Registration is now open for USA TODAY Storytellers Project 2021 season. Tickets for the Florida shows are available now. The second in the series is “My Family, My Culture” on July 8.
And this season all shows will be virtual.
Organizers are seeking story pitches at storytellersproject.com/tell/ and fill out an application and story pitch form. Shows will air online at events.storytellersproject.com.
“My Family, My Culture” is part of about 50 storytelling nights in America, true, first-person stories on themes also including outdoor adventures and race and identity.
