A data regulatory and IP transactions partner with notable experience in the media industry is one of two lawyers to join Dorsey & Whitney in Colorado.
Dorsey & Whitney has hired two new professionals in its Denver cybersecurity, privacy and social media group, both of whom formerly practised together at single-office Colorado firm Williams Weese Pepple & Ferguson.
Leading the move is partner Deborah Howitt who brings more than two decades’ experience across data protection, technology, internet and media matters, frequently advising on data privacy, cybersecurity and the negotiation of intellectual property agreements related to content and technology licensing.
