San Francisco has been crowned the world’s best city by entertainment guide “Time Out” on its annual list.

Aiding San Francisco’s ascension to the top was its progressive politics, community initiatives and readily available marijuana. “Time Out” cited the city’s “unbeatable combination of progressiveness, acceptance and sustainability.”
