Thrill-seekers, there’s a new ride you might want to add to the bucket list; the world’s tallest, fastest and longest single-rail rollercoaster!
Set to open later this year, it will propel riders along a 3,00ft-long track, reaching speeds of 58mph and a height of 130ft.
The Jersey Devil rollercoaster at Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey won’t be one for the faint-hearted.
In fact, a new point-of-view (POV) video shared by CoasterForce offers a glimpse of exactly what riders can expect, and it looks pretty terrifying.
The thrills don’t just come from the height and speed. There are heaps of heart-stopping moments kicking off with a steep 87-degree drop, followed by inversions ranging from dives to a zero-gravity roll.

There are four train carriages which carry 12 passengers in a single-file row, their legs straddling either side of the monorail track.
The ride will be “inspired by infamous New Jersey mythology”. It was originally due to open in 2020, but due to the effects of the pandemic, this has now been delayed through to 2021. (The theme park itself is due to reopen from March 27).
