The median sales price for a single-family home in Sussex County during July was $392,500. That’s an increase of 13.8% compared with July 2020, according to data from Realtor.com.
The number of houses sold rose by 6.4% from a year earlier. A total of 414 houses were sold countywide in July. During the same period a year earlier, 389 single-family homes were sold.

Condominiums and town homes sold in July had a median sales price of $360,000. That figure represents a 7.5% increase year-over-year. In Sussex County, 111 were sold, down 29.3% from a year earlier.
